Our
design & sales consultants have a combined 32 years’
experience. These professionals take the required time to get
to know your family’s needs, wants and desires, then incorporate
all those into efficient designs that complement your home’s
architecture.
Our production staff are all deck/patio specialists. They are
experienced with many different brands and materials. Each one
offers different strengths, and your lead carpenter will be
the person best suited for your project. Our men care about
your project and home, which is clearly visible in the details
of their work. We are often complimented by building inspectors.
Our larger workload allows our men to be extremely experienced
and efficient, completing your project with the highest standards
in a timely fashion. We are the only company in New Jersey to
have all our lead carpenters, design staff and owner NADRA-certified
for deck connections. There will always be a NADRA-certified
lead carpenter at your deck project to make sure it is a well-built,
safe deck.

design and build your deck project at 60lbs/sq’, not the
industry standard of 40lbs/sq’. This gives you a safer,
stronger and longer-lasting deck project.

We have close business relationships with the major deck product
manufacturers which allows for faster answers and resolutions
of customer support issues. We have been contracted by the same
manufacturers and trusted to build displays for their materials
in home improvement stores, and we are often asked for our opinions
and professional input. We attend yearly conventions where the
newest products in decks are unveiled. With hundreds of options
available to you, it is extremely important to work with a knowledgeable
contractor who will advise you and help you decide what is best

| Design,
product selection and permitting. This is your
first opportunity to see where our experience makes us your
best choice. We will design a project that is right for you,
and we make it simple to see your project with our CAD before
it is built. With our Deck 101, you will be able to make product
selections that are best for you; and again with years of working
with many construction departments we make obtaining your permit
as painless as possible. |
| Preconstruction
Meetings. The day we start your project we will
meet with you to go over all points of your project, material
selections and production procedure. This allows for your design/sales
professional, your lead carpenter and yourself to be on the
same page. This is the last chance to make painless changes. |
| Production
and Inspections. Again, our years of experience
will allow us to best build your project while managing inspections
in a timely manner. |
| Job
closeout meeting. Before we leave, we will walk
your project with you to make sure all is up to your expectations,
and answer any final questions. |
| Labor
Warranty: The warranties on our labor are the
best in the industry. We offer a 10-year labor warranty on all
structures, decking, rails and stairs and a 2-year bumper-to-bumper
labor warranty on all other parts. |

Best price guarantee: We will match
cost when everything else is the same, and you will receive
the experience and craftsmanship that our company delivers.
Our itemized project unit cost sheet will let you see what you
are paying for and what it would cost if you were to make a
change in materials or size. Our contract prices are guaranteed
for at least 90 days. |
| Completion
time guarantee. We will complete your project
by the agreed-upon contract time. |
| Satisfaction
guarantee. We will do everything as promised,
dotting all “i’s” and crossing all “t’s,”
or you do not pay the full contract price. Our goal is for you
